Aqua Components commercial water softeners eliminates hard minerals from the product water using an effective resin. The resin absorbs calcium and magnesium ions (hard minerals) in the water and exchanges it with sodium ions (salt), which is regenerated in a periodic basis. As the hard ions begin greatly outnumbering the sodium ions, the system replenishes the resin with more salt by utilizing a brine solution. This process effectively cleanses off the hardness and adds more salt throughout the surface of the resin. The softened water is then sent to reverse osmosis systems for further treatment in order to completely eradicate the salt without the risk of scaling.
The SF-150S Series water softener is built with the necessary features to target and remove high concentrations of dissolved solids that produce hardness in water, especially magnesium and calcium. These systems consist of extremely high exchange capacity, which makes them suitable for virtually any commercial and industrial applications.

The SF-150S Series water softener is designed specifically to remove high levels of dissolved solids that create hard water conditions, principally Calcium and Magnesium. These systems have a very high operating capacity, which make them ideal for most commercial and industrial applications.
Here at Aqua Components LLC, we engineer and build all of our water treatment systems in-house.
Our turn-key water treatment systems are all pre-engineered using the latest CAD technology available.
This enables our teams to build and deliver treatment systems to our customers with quick turnaround times.
Many of our customers require custom engineered systems. These are typically built around similar core systems and thus allowing for improved turnaround times, even for one-off designs.
