Aqua Components LLC is a leading provider of advanced water treatment solutions in Saudi Arabia, specializing in sales, installation, and service of reverse osmosis (RO) systems, filtration units, and water treatment components. We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Front Desk Representative to be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring excellent service and support.
Job Responsibilities
Customer Interaction & Support
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and suppliers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Handle incoming calls and emails, providing accurate information about our products and services.
- Direct customer inquiries to the appropriate department or team member.
Administrative & Office Support
- Maintain a well-organized front desk, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
- Manage appointment scheduling and meeting coordination.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and document management.
Sales & Service Assistance
- Provide basic product information to customers and direct them to the sales team for detailed inquiries.
- Support the customer service team with order processing and follow-ups.
- Assist in handling customer feedback and service requests.
