Where powder is preferred, RoClean P303 is successfully applied to systems operating on seawater, brackish water, or wastewater. RoClean P303 is NSF approved.

RoClean P112 powder is a multicomponent, high pH buffered cleaner specifically formulated to remove silica scale safely from reverse osmosis (RO) membranes. This product is effective against silt and organic foulants such as colloidal silica, clay, organic color and bioslime.

RoClean P112 is a much safer option for silica scale removal than hydrofluoric acid and ammonium bifluoride solutions, which are potentially hazardous.

RoClean P111 powder is a multicomponent, high pH buffered cleaner formulated to remove biological fouling, humic and fulvic acids, organics, colloidal material, and clays from reverse osmosis (RO) and nanofiltration (NF) membranes. Where powder is preferred, RoClean P111 is successfully applied to systems operating on seawater, brackish water and waste water. This product is temperature compensated to ensure that the cleaning solution remains in the effective pH range regardless of variations in solution temperature.

RoClean P111 is certified by NSF International under NSF/ANSI Standard 60 for off-line use in drinking water systems.

VITEC 4000

Vitec 4000® is a liquid antiscalant and dispersant that offers excellent silica scale inhibition and allows increased system recoveries in high silica feedwaters.

This product is a multicomponent formulation that prevents silica scale precipitation at higher concentrations than typical antiscalants, a feature that may allow significantly increased membrane system recovery in high silica feedwaters. Vitec 4000 retains its performance even in reverse osmosis (RO) concentrate streams containing up to 4 mg/l of ferrous iron.

Vitec 4000 is approved for use in systems producing drinking water in the UK, and by NSF International under NSF/ANSI Standard 60.

Vitec 5100® is a broad spectrum, liquid antiscalant and dispersant that is compatible with organic coagulants and effective at low dose rates. This multicomponent formulation is targeted at preventing scale precipitation in larger systems and is particularly cost effective in seawater and municipal reverse osmosis (RO) applications.

Vitec 5100 is compatible with our line of RoQuest® coagulants and certified by NSF International under NSF/ANSI Standard 60 for use in systems producing drinking water.
